Chucky started his Coffee journey back in 2008, where he worked as a Barista which evidently was the beginning of something amazing to come! Fast forward to 2012, he was introduced to speciality Coffee. This is where his passion for Coffee began. Chucky started researching and meeting up with farmers to develop his understanding on the different types of Coffee's as well as how the Coffee industry works.
In 2020 he left his job to pursue a new venture, this was the start of 'Chucky's Baristro' in the seaside town of Bexhill-On-Sea which quickly became a popular spot for the locals as well as all the lovely people travelling in & out of Bexhill.
This is where he began to implement the knowledge he gained over the years and began working directly with speciality Coffee farmers. Chucky became known for his super smooth luxurious Coffees as well as his bright smile & cheerful character.
His Coffee shop quickly triumphed and opened a door for a whole new chapter, Chucky's Speciality Coffee. After a long journey of sourcing, sampling & tasting, he decided to embark on this new journey, in control of the whole process, suppling his very own Coffee Beans, 'From Cherry to cup'.
